St. Paul College of Pharmacy emphasizes strong ethical values, professional conduct, and strict discipline to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for all students.
Zero Tolerance Towards Ragging
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited inside and outside the college campus. Any student found guilty of ragging or abetting ragging will be dealt with severely as per the directives of the Supreme Court of India, Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), and UGC regulations. Immediate suspension and police FIR will be lodged against offenders.
Download Anti-Ragging Undertaking- Every student must wear the prescribed college uniform and carry their valid Identity Card at all times within the campus.
- Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited inside classrooms, laboratories, and the library.
- Students must not loiter in the corridors during class hours.
- Consumption of tobacco, smoking, or chewing gum is strictly banned inside the college premises.
- Any damage caused to college property, laboratory equipment, or library books will be fined heavily.
- A minimum of 80% attendance in theory and 100% in practicals is mandatory to appear for university/board examinations.
- Leave applications must be submitted in advance and signed by parents/guardians and the respective HOD.
- Appearance in all internal sessional examinations is compulsory. Absenteeism will result in zero marks for that session.
- Use of unfair means or malpractice during examinations will lead to immediate rustication.
- Wearing a clean, white, buttoned-up apron is compulsory before entering any laboratory.
- Students must strictly follow safety instructions while handling hazardous chemicals and glass apparatus.
- Breakage of glassware must be reported immediately to the lab assistant and will be charged at the end of the semester.
- Eating, drinking, or tasting any chemical in the laboratory is strictly prohibited.
- Strict silence must be maintained in the reading halls.
- Books issued must be returned on or before the due date. A late fee will be charged per day for delayed returns.
- Reference books, pharmacopoeias, and journals are not for home issue and must be read within the library only.
- In case a book is lost, the student must replace it with a new edition or pay double the cost of the book.
